"TOP NOTCH SERVICE FOR COLD CALLING!"
I've been using mojodialer for my cold calling needs since I was just starting out. As my business expanded and I brought on more callers, I noticed they all preferred Readymode. I ended up hiring five cold callers and got them set up on Readymode. Now I totally understand why it's considered the go-to choice in the industry. Readymode is super customizable and keeps your callers connected all the time! It's all about the numbers, and I really value that my team can chat with a fresh lead every 20 seconds! This boosts our efficiency and helps us connect with homeowners looking to sell! Overall, Readymode is fantastic and truly the benchmark in the field!

"Kristen is amazing"
Kristen is amazing. She really took the time to walk me through the entire setup process for my Xencall account. It was super easy to chat with her, and we even had a few good laughs. Honestly, she ought to be a trainer or a manager so that Xencall can benefit from her level of professionalism. I rate her a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. She deserves a nice vacation on the company’s dime!

I worked with Danilo from the sales team. I've interacted with a bunch of different companies and their sales folks, but honestly, my experience with Danilo was top-notch. He wasn't at all aggressive. He addressed all my inquiries and was incredibly helpful.

"Terrible Communication and Service"
This was the most frustrating experience I've ever faced with a dialer. I got shuffled between numerous representatives. They didn’t grasp our business needs despite their grand promises. They continued to use a multi-line dialer even after I clearly explained that we were a B2B operation. They also botched our data and didn’t offer any refunds. It took them anywhere from a week to a month to resolve a technical issue. My company frequently had to troubleshoot problems for them. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this service.

"Learning Curve is Worth It"
There's a significant learning curve, and it ain't the easiest to get into initially, but the features and layout are top-notch—definitely the best dialer we've tried. My only concern is that it can be tough to show new agents how to navigate the system.

"Suggestions for Enhancement"
Honestly, it really bugs me that I can't use my cell phone with this software. It would be awesome if I could pick 'last call' and have any incoming calls routed to my phone when I'm not at my desk. Plus, I'm not a fan of the fact that this software doesn't work with Podio, especially since most investors are on Podio.

"Way better than dialing by hand"
Way better than dialing by hand. My assigned rep, Matthew Seagle, has been super quick to answer any questions or issues. The functionality is solid. The user interface could use some sprucing up and be a bit more user-friendly, especially for the manager account. They provide a bunch of videos with instructions for different tasks, but honestly, it’d be nicer if it was just more straightforward and intuitive from the get-go. My agents are into it. It’s way simpler for me to handle callbacks and stuff when an agent leaves or gets let go. That’s pretty much it...totally worth the cash.
